Is it compatible with Lg Phoenix Plus?

Is it Qi charging enabled?

Unfortunately, X5 earbuds are not enabled with the Qi charging. 

But good news! The case gives 4 additional full charges for the earbuds. This way, when you have fully charged the earbuds and the case, you will have up to 35 hours of reasonable use (no talking, music 50-60% volume, no apps). You will get around 27 hours of ordinary use - loud music, phone calls, voice assistants (Siri, GVS) or about 4 hours of extensive use on one charge.

Do you sell the recharger cable on its own? Mine stopped working and I'm hoping it's the cable.

Is there a replacement plan for one ear bud? For example, if you've lost the right earbud

Please note that product loss is not covered by our warranty, unfortunately.

Can you mute the microphone during a call

It is possible to mute the microphone during the call. There is no mute button on the earbuds themselves, but this can be done directly through your cell phone :)

TREBLAB X5 earbuds easily connect with all Bluetooth enabled devices.   You can learn how to connect TREBLAB earphones to your device below:   Press and hold the POWER button on the right earbud. You will hear the “Power ON” voice prompt, and “Pairing” a few seconds later (LED will flash red and blue rapidly). Release your finger. Activate Bluetooth on the device, scan/search for TREBLAB X5, and click CONNECT. If prompted by your device to connect, select Yes. You will hear “Connected” from the right earbud. (LED indicator will flash blue every 7 seconds). Press and hold the POWER button on the left earbud until you hear the “POWER ON” voice prompt in the left earbud. Release your finger. Wait for 5-10 sec., and the left earbud will automatically connect to the right earbud. You will hear “Connected” from the left earbud after connecting (LED indicators on both earbuds will flash blue every 7 seconds).

Can i only use one ear peice at a time

You can use TREBLAB X5 earbuds separately.

Do you ship to india. I need delivery to pin code 462023 or 411057. I can see these getting delivered to India while placing the order but wanted to confirm the same before placing it.

Can I just listen to music out of the left earbud alone, with the right earbud turned off? Or is this something I can only do with the right earbud being the master?

To use just the left earbud, please do the following:

Press and hold the POWER button on the left earbud until you hear "Power ON". Release your finger. (Blue LED light will flash rapidly). Press and hold the MODE button on the left earbud, until you hear the "Pairing" voice prompt (The LED will flash red and blue rapidly). Activate Bluetooth on the device, scan/search for TREBLAB X5, and click CONNECT. If prompted by your device to connect, select Yes. You will hear “Connected” from the left earbud after connecting (LED indicator on left earbud will flash blue every 7 seconds).
Note: When you are using only the left earbud, all remote control functions (calls management, volume adjustment, switching tracks) will not be available. You will still be able to answer/reject phone calls, control volume, and switch tracks using your device.

Are these Google Assistant enabled?

Yes, such products as X5, X2, and Z2 are Siri and Google assistant compatible. We are presently looking into adding Alexa and Cortana to the list of assistants that our products support.

Hello, when charging case with the earbuds inside what lights on case should be on? I have had two blue lights on left off power cord on. At the same time red light on right side. Then there was blue lights blinking on right side. Now it has solid blue light in right side. So I am lost as to what lights mean what?

The two LED indicators on the left side of the case are the left and right earbud charging indicators. When the earbuds are charging they are flashing every second. When the earbuds are fully charged the charging indicators will stop flashing and go OFF.

When charging case gets connected to a power source, a red charging indicator will turn ON on the right side of the case. When the case is fully charged, this indicator will become blue. Thus, you will know when to unplug it.

So, when charging the earbuds and the case simultaneously, the left and right earbud charging indicators should blink on the left side of the case and the red LED indicator should be ON on the right side of the case.

Are they as good or louda as the xr500

All our earphones are wireless and provide an amazing quality of sound, comfort and come with a microphone and call management system - so you can’t go wrong whichever one you choose.   The main differences between them are their shapes and water resistance rating.  X5 have ipx4 (sweatproof) rating,  while XR500 are rated ipx7 and you can listen to music in a shower with them.    X5 support Siri/Google assistant and their charging docks will give you hours of play.  All models were designed with the intention of sport and have a wire between the earbuds, however, the X5 give true wireless freedom and seamless usability.

I wear a hearing aid in my right ear only. While I'm wearing the hearing aid, I will use only the left ear earbud. Does the left earbud have the necessary controls to answer and disconnect a phone call?

When you are using left earbud separately, some remote controls (answer/reject call, volume up/down, etc.) will not be available.   And only the main (right) earbud produces sound during the phone calls.

Do they have good bass & sound??

Can the X5 be connected to multiple Bluetooth sources at once?

Unfortunately, both earbuds cannot be paired to more than one device simultaneously. However, the earbuds of TREBLAB X5 can be used separately with two different devices. If the source devices are close enough, please make sure to turn off one earbud and Bluetooth on the first device while connecting the other so that they do not pair together.  

I just got my X5s yeterday. Love them so far but one of the medium earips has already torn. How do i get a replacement or extra sets of them. Will be uselss without being able to put it in my ear cnal.

I thought I read that there was the ability to modify the sound - like an equalizer? Is there a function or app for this?

Unfortunately, we do not have an app at the moment.   However, our developers are working hard on this project. We hope that by next year, we will be able to introduce the Treblab App to our dear customers!

Is the sound quality the same as the z2's? Do they have the same speakers?

TREBLAB Z2 supports aptX Low Latency codec. Qualcomm® aptX™ Low Latency audio ensures your Bluetooth® wireless enabled device can deliver sound in sync with visual media. It reduces delay and improves end-to-end speed of the audio transmission, resulting in a high quality, synchronised user experience. With aptX Low Latency you can enjoy wireless freedom for applications such as gaming and watching videos. Also, the Z2 has an active noise cancellation feature.

Treblab X5 doesn't support aptX low Latency as it was created mostly as sports earphones and has a passive noise cancellation. These are the main differences in sound quality.

how far out does the X5 stick out your ear

The model X5 has the curved streamlined shape and bulges only by 1 cm out of the ear.  Hope this helps:)

Hi, which Bluetooth version are these using? And does it support AptxHD Codec?

The Bluetooth version of X5 is 5.0. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support AptxHD Codec.

During the call, the master (right) earbud is active and producing the sound.

Noise cancelling quality?

All TREBLAB earphones are featured with Passive Noise Cancellation to dismiss the din of the outside world. Passive noise-cancelling is also known as noise isolation and it works by blocking some background noise by the shape of the earbuds forming a good seal inside your ears to prevent the noise getting in. The correct size of the expandable foam ear tips is the critical point in this matter. Using the right size of the ear tips will block the unwanted sound. Additionally, all TREBLAB earbuds have CVC 8.0 noise-cancellation technology in the built-in Mic to make phone conversations clearer.
