Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous US. For orders under $49, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a flat $4.95 shipping fee applies.

All orders are processed within 2 business days of placement. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–8 business days. International orders generally arrive within 15–20 business days. Please note that weekends are not counted as transit days.

Yes. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for both US and international orders. Delivery to the contiguous US takes 2–3 business days ($20/order), to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico 3–5 business days ($25/order), and to international destinations up to 7 business days ($50/order).

Order changes and cancellations can only be requested on the same day the order was placed, as orders are sent to our fulfillment center almost immediately. Please note that color, model, or quantity changes cannot be made — only full cancellations are possible in those cases. To request a cancellation or address update, visit our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

You may return any item purchased directly from TREBLAB within 30 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that returns of non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the product.

Head to our Contact Us page, select Returns & Warranty as the enquiry type, choose your Product Model, and describe the issue. Our customer care team will guide you through the process. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label is provided at no cost. Please note the label is valid for 20 days, so be sure to use it promptly.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. We can investigate undelivered orders within 60 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International standard shipping typically takes 15–20 business days. Please be aware that import duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.
