Where is the Bluetooth button?

I just purchased a TREBLAB Z7 Pro but don't understand how the Touch Panel works. When connected to my laptop I can't adjust the volume. Do I have a defective product or is there a trick to get the touch panel to work?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please complete the next steps:

1. While the headphones are turned off, go to your device's Bluetooth menu and delete "Treblab" from the list by clicking "forget this device".
2. Turn your device's Bluetooth off and on. Treblab earphones will be deleted.
3. Please ensure that your TREBLAB Z7-Pro headphones are fully charged and the AUX cable is not plugged in.
4. Turn ON your headset.
5. Press and hold the BLUETOOTH button for 5 seconds. You will hear the "Factory reset complete" and "Bluetooth pairing on" voice prompts.
6. Using your device, scan/search for available Bluetooth® devices. TREBLAB Z7-Pro should be in the device list.
7. Select it. Once Z7-Pro is successfully paired and connected, the LED will start flashing blue/green slowly.

Please let us know if the headphones still do not work as they should and we’ll be glad to assist you further.
The outer cover on the left ear separated at the seam, now the foam is exposed. Is there a way to fix this
