The earbuds cannot be found by a source device, what should I do?
  1. Make sure that the earbuds are not connected to any other device, as they can connect only to one device at a time.
  2. If the earbuds show that it is in pairing mode (the state indicator is blinking red/blue) but still cannot be found by the source device, try resetting the earbuds to the factory settings by pressing and holding both earbuds' Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.
I can see the earbuds in the wireless device list, but they fail to connect to the source device, what to do?
  1. Try restarting the earbuds, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device.
  2. Try restarting the source device.
  3. If this does not help, check if there are any updates available for the source device, if yes, please install them and try to pair again.
  4. If still no luck, try resetting the earbuds to the factory settings by pressing and holding both earbuds' Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.
Earbuds do not connect in TWS (both earbuds are shown separately in the wireless device list), what to do?

Try resetting the earbuds to the factory settings by pressing and holding both earbuds' Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when the earbuds are not connected to a device. Try to pair again.

The connection between the headphones and source device is inconsistent, what should I do?
  1. Make sure that you are using the earbuds in a proper environment - there are no many other radio devices (routers, radio transmitters and so on) around, there are no radio/TV stations close to your location, as they can create signal interferences.
  2. Make sure that the distance between the earbuds and the source device is appropriate - if connected to smartphones, it is around 33 feet (10 meters), if connected to laptops - a bit shorter - about 20 feet.
  3. Try resetting the earbuds to the factory settings by pressing and holding both earbuds' Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when the earbuds are not connected to a device. Try to pair again.
