I would like to know what the frequency range of the 40mm drivers is? The only specs that I have found are the Bluetooth frequency.

What is AUX Cable of TREBLAB Z2? I can plug in with 3.5mm jack of Note 8 even Z2's battery is 0 ?

You can connect TREBLAB Z2 to compatible devices using the supplied AUX audio cable. Plug one end of the 3.5 mm audio cable into the LINE-IN port on the right headphone and plug the other end into the AUX jack on your device.
The headphones should have at least 1-2% of charge to operate via Line-in mode. However, we do not recommend to use the headset in such a way all the time as it can affect the battery life.

 The Z2 has the following specifications: Speaker Impedance: 32 Ω, Mic Impedance: ≤2.2K.

can you use them on a tv

How well is the sound quality on making a phone call and receiving phone calls?

TREBLAB Z2 is our new headphones model created especially for our beloved customers with a token of care. The Z2 has active noise cancellation and the sound has been improved compared to the previous models. Z2 have the best sound quality as they support aptX technology which compensates the sound quality cut by Bluetooth. Can you workout with these?

The model Z2 has been created with the main purpose of great sound, Active Noice Cancellation, and comfort, which allows you to listen to the music in the airplane without any chance to hurt your ears due to continuously changing atmospheric pressure.   The IPX of Z2 is rated 4, meaning that this is good resistance to the splashing water and sweat.   Basically, you can use them in a gym and adjust the fitting according to your comfortability. Please, note that ear pads are not washable, you may wipe them with a slightly wet cloth or towel.

Does Noise Cancellation work when you use the headphones with the AUX cable plugged in (i.i. when you are NOT using them in Bluetooth mode)?

Please be advised that Active Noise Cancellation works both in BLUETOOTH mode and  LINE-IN mode.

Is Z2 PSU supports 110v-240v 50Hz/60Hz? My country is on 240v at 50Hz while US is 120v at 60Hz. Would like to know whether Z2 support my country's voltage standard. Thanks.

is there a microphone?

Yes, the Z2 model comes with a built-in microphone that you can use both in Bluetooth and LINE-IN modes.

Do the ear paddings come off for cleaning? Do the headphones stay on the head during running?

Kindly note that the earpads of the TREBLAB Z2 are non-removable. The Z2s are the perfect sports headphones for tough workouts, however, I would kindly recommend you the TREBLAB J1 model particularly for running. 

They provide an amazing quality of sound, comfort and come with magnetic heads that prevent the loss. Just "close" them and they’ll stay on your neck, whatever you’re doing. J1 is rated ipx6 meaning that they may hold splashes/rain.

Are the Z2 headphones compatible with the Iphone 8X?

TREBLAB Z2 headphones can be connected via both improved Bluetooth 4.2 (wireless) and Line-in (with AUX cable). Thus, you can conveniently use it with iPhone 8X and any other Bluetooth enabled device.

I am looking to buy the Treblab z2 headphones and am trying to determine if the ear cups fold flat. I used to have a Bose Q2 headphone that broke but I still have the hard shell case it came with and would like to use it on these?

Yes, the Z2 ear cups can be folded in order to be taken into the case.

Can these headphones also passively cancel noise or does this headphone only cancel noice actively

The Z2 headphones have hybrid active noise cancellation meaning there are two mics outside and inside the ear cup specifically designed to cancel noise by addition of a second sound (white noise).

Kindly note that as per your preference, you may turn the ANC off on TREBLAB Z2 and the noise cancellation will be implemented passively. Passive noise-cancelling is also known as noise isolation and it works by blocking some background noise by the shape of the earpads forming a good seal to prevent the noise from getting in.

Would these headphones keep out noise during flights for sleeping?

You can use the TREBLAB Z2 for noise-isolation without music playback by having ANC ON. These are active noise-canceling headphones that reduce unwanted ambient sounds using active noise control, but it doesn't imply a total reduction of environmental noises under the condition that the music on them is OFF.
The purpose of ANC technology is to provide an absolute reduction of ambient noises while listening to music only.

Is this headphone has a mic?

TREBLAB Z2 come with a microphone and call management system.

Is the frequency bound response still 20-20kHz using the cable or is it wider?

The Z2s frequency response is 20 Hz – 20 kHz in both Bluetooth and AUX mode.

Is there a way of disabling the blue flashing light while the Bluetooth is connected?

I would like to let you know that the headphones are supposed to work this way. The flashing means that they are connected and the connection is stable.
Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off the blue LED light. It is an integral function of the headphones.

How long is the aux cable or can I use a regular headphone cable instead? Can the battery be replaced? Thanks

I would like to let you know that the Z2s AUX cable is 45.27" (115 cm) long.

Yes, you can use any AUX cable (male connector on both sides) you want to connect Z2s.

Unfortunately, the battery on Z2 is irreplaceable. However, if any battery issue occurs, we will gladly help you to resolve it.

Can the Z2 headphone by paired with amazon Echo?

TREBLAB Z2 headphones can be connected via both improved Bluetooth 4.2 (wireless) and Line-in ( with AUX cable).   Provided AUX cable can be used with any source device which has 3,5mm female port.   The earphones are also easily connected with all Bluetooth enabled devices.

When using the headphones in LINE-IN mode, is there a mic on the cord that is utilized instead of the mic on the headphones themselves? Trying to see if they would be compatible to use as an xbox one headset.

Yes, there is a microphone on the AUX cable which you can use during calls. 

When I'm on the phone with the Treblab Z2, can I hear the phone conversation on both earcups or just one of them? Thank you.

It is possible to use the Z2 for calls. You can answer the calls and talk on the phone with TREBLAB Z2 and you will hear the phone conversation in both ears. Just touch the *HOME* button when someone’s calling and touch again to hang up.

how many degrees celcius can it handle in the sun?

We request to avoid exposing your device to very hot temperatures (above 112F/30Co). The direct sunlight is not recommended.

What are the dimensions of the earcups? I have behind the ear hearing aids and want to be sure it will cover them and not press against them.

The inner cup in the Z2 is 1 1/2 inches x 2 1/4 inches (38mm x 55mm)

Does this headphones have 2 modes for the Bluetooth? When I am on a Zoom meeting, my voice is muffled. I can hear the meeting fine but when I speak I am muffled.

Thank you for contacting us and letting us know about this issue. We’ll do our best to help.

If others cannot hear you well during a call, do the following to try and resolve this issue:

1) Check if the settings for incoming and outgoing calls on your device are set as required.
2) Make sure that the Mic slot of your device is not clogged with anything
3) Ensure that the other person on the call has their volume on and loud enough
4) Make sure the microphone is not covered/blocked by anything
5) Clean the microphone with a small soft brush or with a slightly damp washcloth. Don’t let any liquid get inside the mic. 

Please keep in mind the following:

- If the headset is used in LINE-IN mode, the mic is located on the remote-control panel.
- If the headset is used in Bluetooth mode, the mic is located on the right earbud/side.

Check how the headset works via both Bluetooth and LINE-IN mode.

If the issue persists, check the mic performance after having connected your Z2 to another device. You can also check the microphone by trying to call different people.
