The charging case or one/both earbuds do not charge, what should I do?

Check if the charging port on the charging case is clean. In case there are some debris or oxidation marks on the port contacts, clean the charging port using a soft brush soaked into a rubbing or isopropyl alcohol. Also, check if there is any dirt or oxidation on the case charging pins and the earbud charging contacts, if yes, clean them using a soft brush soaked into a rubbing or isopropyl alcohol as well.
If this does not help, try charging the case with the earbuds inside using another USB Type-C cable/charger.

The earbuds cannot be found by a source device, what should I do?

Make sure that the earbuds are not connected to any other device, as they can connect only to one device at a time.
If the earbuds show that it is in pairing mode (the state indicator is blinking white) but still cannot be found by the source device, try resetting the earbuds to the factory settings by touching both earbuds' Touch panel 5 times. Try to pair again.

I can see the earbuds in the wireless device list, but they fail to connect to the source device, what to do?

Try restarting the earbuds, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device.

The connection between the headphones and source device is inconsistent, what should I do?

Make sure that you are using the earbuds in a proper environment - there are no many other radio devices (routers, radio transmitters and so on) around, there are no radio/TV stations close to your location, as they can create signal interferences.
Make sure that the distance between the earbuds and the source device is appropriate - if connected to smartphones, it is around 33 feet (10 meters), if connected to laptops - a bit shorter - about 20 feet.

Do these eabuds have noise reduction?

If you speak about the Environmental Noise Cancellation for the calls, then yes, these earbuds do have ENC algorithm to screen the ambient noises during calls. However, if you are talking about the noise isolation when listening to music, the open-ear design is not intended for it, it was specifically created for the cases when you want to listen to music but also be aware of your surrounding.
