Can't get my HD-Mini speaks to pair

Dear Steve,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your TREBLAB HD-Mini speaker. Let me help you resolve it.

Kindly note that you can only connect and play audio from 1 device at a time, so make sure the speaker is not paired with any other device. Please turn the Bluetooth off on devices that the speaker was paired with previously as it will automatically try to connect to the last connected device in a list.

To pair the speaker with your device successfully, please make sure the speaker is not charging when you connect it to your device and that the speaker is being used in a proper environment (No antennas, steel, no multiple other devices nearby; No solid obstructions; You’re not carrying any other electronics on you). Kindly note that the distance between your device and the speaker should be less than 30 feet/10 meters.

Let's take the extra step of performing a hard reset: "Press and hold the HARD RESET button under the rubber cover".

This should help. Please try to re-pair your two HD-Mini speakers.

Please note that if you were using your speaker in TWS mode previously (pairing two speakers together) you may want to check to see if the speaker in question is not currently in TWS mode. Please disable the TWS function on the speaker.

Please also note that high humidity and extreme temperatures can cause the deformation of the device and affect its performance. Please let us know if your speaker was damaged or exposed to extreme temperatures. This information will go a long towards helping us to better understand the issue.
