1. Check if the charging port is clean. In case there are some debris or oxidation marks on the port contacts, clean the charging port using a soft brush soaked into a rubbing or isopropyl alcohol.
2. If this does not help, try charging the speaker using another USB Type-C cable/charger.
3. Also, try performing hard reset of the speaker by pressing the Reset button under the rubber ports cover (either inside the AUX port for the version without colorful lights or the dedicated Reset button for the version with colorful lights).

1. Try restarting the speaker, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device.
2. Try restarting the source device.
3. If this does not help, check if there are any updates available for the source device, if yes, please install them and try to pair again.
4. If still no luck, try resetting the speaker to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.

1. Make sure that you are using the speaker in a proper environment - there are no many other radio devices (routers, radio transmitters and so on) around, there are no radio/TV stations close to your location, as they can create signal interferences.
2. Make sure that the distance between the speaker and the source device is appropriate - if connected to smartphones, it is around 33 feet (10 meters), if connected to laptops - a bit shorter - about 20 feet.
3. Try resetting the speaker to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when the speaker is not connected to a device. Try to pair again.

1. Turn on both speakers and make sure that none of them is connected to any other source device (the blue LEDs on both speakers should be blinking).
2. Double-press the Power button on the speaker to be Primary.
3. Wait until the Secondary speaker connects to the Primary one (you will hear a sound prompt and the blue LED on the Secondary speaker will become steady).
4. Pair the Primary speaker to the source device.

To change the colorful light modes or turn the lights off, double press the Play button, thus you will be able to cycle through 4 presets: lights flashing according to the music, slow color shifting, slow color shifting with fading out/in, lights off.
