The headphones do not charge, what should I do?

Check if the charging port is clean. In case there are some debris or oxidation marks on the port contacts, clean the charging port using a soft brush soaked into a rubbing or isopropyl alcohol.
If this does not help, try charging the headphones using another USB Type-C cable/charger.

The headphones cannot be found by a source device, what should I do?

Make sure that the headphones are in pairing mode. These headphones can connect to two devices at a time so if they are already connected to any other device (white LED on the ANC button is steady), press and hold the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to disconnect and enter pairing mode. Try to pair again.
If the headphones show that they are in pairing mode (white LED on the ANC button is blinking) but still cannot be found by the source device, try resetting the headphones to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.

I can see the headphones in the wireless device list, but they fail to connect to the source device, what to do?

Try restarting the headphones, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device.

If this does not help, check if there are any updates available for the source device, if yes, please install them and try to pair again.
If still no luck, try resetting the headphones to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.

The connection between the headphones and source device is inconsistent, what should I do?

Make sure that you are using the headphones in a proper environment - there are no many other radio devices (routers, radio transmitters and so on) around, there are no radio/TV stations close to your location, as they can create signal interferences.
Make sure that the distance between the headphones and the source device is appropriate - if connected to smartphones, it is around 33 feet (10 meters), if connected to laptops - a bit shorter - about 20 feet.
Try resetting the headphones to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when the headphones are not connected to a device. Try to pair again.
