I can’t find an app for my earbuds

There is no need for any special apps to connect xRun with your device. The earphones seamlessly pair with all Bluetooth-enabled devices. Please follow these steps for Bluetooth® pairing: Press and hold the POWER button for 1 second. You will hear the sound clue and the LED will start flashing BLUE and RED. Activate Bluetooth on your device and select TREBLAB xRun from the list of available devices. Keep it within 3 feet / 1 meter of the headphones while pairing. If necessary, enter passcode 0000. Once xRun is successfully paired and connected, the LED will stop flashing.  

What are the differences between TREBLAB XR500 and TREBLAB xRun, or which would be better?

Both models have some features in common. They both ensure you can enjoy wireless freedom, they can be used to make and receive phone calls when connected through Bluetooth, provide an amazing quality of sound, and have an elegant design—so you can’t go wrong whichever one you choose. However, xRun has specially shaped earhook, that ensures super-secure fixation. Also, xRun are enabled with the latest Bluetooth 5 chipset, while XR500 has previous version - Bluetooth 4.1. Please note, that XR500 has five color variations, making it a more colorful option, while xRun has only 2 colors.

Is it waterproof?

TREBLAB xRun has IPX4 water-resistance rating, meaning it is not afraid of water splashes or snow.

How do I know when my Treblab is fully charged.

The earbuds are equipped with LED indicator. The LED indicator is red while charging. Once fully charged, the LED will turn blue.

Can I use my xRun while it is charging?

Earbuds may get hot while charging, so to avoid possible damage to your ears, we do not recommend to use them while charging, it is not safe.

How well do they work when riding a mountain bike. And also I were glasses will they fit over the frame and not fall out.

Our xRun earbuds were made specially for sport and are supposed to be used during sports activities and exercises.  You can easily ride your bike and not only enjoy a high-quality sound but also be sure that the earbuds will stay in your ears no matter what you do. As for the glasses, I am afraid that they may interfere a little bit with the ear hooks that also come around your ears. One of our dear customers left a comment that it takes some time to make the earbuds fit with her glasses, but once it's done everything stays firmly in place.

does the treblab xrun support google assist and siri?

Yes, Treblab xRun headset supports Siri and Google Assistant :)

What is the difference between the xRun and XR700? Is it only the ear hooks? Do they use the same tips?

These products have some features in common. They ensure you can enjoy wireless freedom, they can be used to make and receive phone calls when connected through Bluetooth, provide an amazing quality of sound, and have an elegant design — so you can’t go wrong whichever one you choose. 

However, the xRun has some unique advantages including multipoint connection function (meaning it can be paired with two devices at a time). 
The xRun is also enabled with the latest Bluetooth 5.0 chipset, while our other XR products (except for the XR700) feature Bluetooth 4.1.

In regards to design, the xRun earphones are 5-star looking earphones with the minimalist innovative design of high-quality materials. Please note that the sets of foam of silicone and foam ear tips are included in the set of xRun as well, just like they are included in the XR models.
