Can I connect 2 phones to the X3 Pro at the same time? Not talking with both phones at the same time but connected to both so when a call comes in from either phone the earbuds are paired and ready to answer.

Thank you for your interest in our product.
You can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. But you can save up to seven connected devices in the pairing list.

Hello, I recently purchased your headset and I'm impressed with the sound quality and the length of time the charge lasts. I use a Sandisk clip sport plus mp3 player and I noticed one problem when connected to the S3 Pro. The multifunction button does not pause the currently playing item. I can advance forward and backwards using the volume buttons, but the multifunction button will not pause the item playing. The multifunction button will pause an item when it is connected to my phone but not the SanDisk Clip sport mp3 player. Is there anything I can do to make it work on my sandisk?

Can I manually switch between paired devises. I normally use my computer, but as a second connection, I have also paired to my phone. How do I control which one connects when I have both in range of the earbuds and can I manually switch between them if they first connect to the wrong device?

Thank you for contacting us.
When you turn your earbuds ON they will attempt to reconnect with the most recently connected device. If reconnection does not happen automatically, the earbuds will attempt to reconnect to the next device in the pairing list. You can connect and play audio only from one device at a time.
Thus, if you would like to switch between the devices, you need to remove your X3-Pro from the list of one of your devices.

I can only hear from one of the earbuds. Under Bluetooth devices both earbuds appear on the list but it seems they are not connected between them.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to hear you’ve had these issues with your X3 earbuds and I am here to help.
If you do not hear "Connected" during the pairing process, meaning the earbud is connected, please pair the earbuds with another device. Is the result the same?
Reset your X3 Pro earbuds by doing the following:
1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and remove TREBLAB X3 Pro's from the list.
2. Turn the earbuds OFF.
3. Press and hold the MFB button on both earbuds for 11 seconds. You will see the purple light and hear the sound prompt.
4. Put them back into the charging case.
5. Now the earphones are restored to the factory settings and ready for use.
6. Take the earbuds off the charging case. They will turn ON automatically and connect to each other.
7. Pair the earbuds with the device.
Please note that when you take the earbuds out of the charging case for the first time after the reset is done, the LED indicator lights on the earbuds will flash rapidly. This means that the earbuds are establishing a connection with one another.
Once the reset is completed, please try your earbuds with a couple of devices.
