I can’t find an app for my earbuds
There is no need for any special apps to connect XR700 with your device. The earphones seamlessly pair with all Bluetooth-enabled devices. Please follow these steps for Bluetooth® pairing: Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds. You will hear the sound cue and the LED will start flashing BLUE and RED. Activate Bluetooth on your device and select TREBLAB XR700 from the list of available devices. Keep it within 3 feet / 1 meter of the headphones while pairing. If necessary, enter passcode 0000. Once XR700 is successfully paired and connected, the LED will stop flashing.

What are the differences between TREBLAB XR700 and TREBLAB XR800, or which would be better?
Both models have some features in common. They both ensure you can enjoy wireless freedom, they can be used to make and receive phone calls when connected through Bluetooth, provide an amazing quality of sound, and have an elegant design—so you can’t go wrong whichever one you choose. However, XR700 has adjustable earhook with memory effect, that ensures super-secure fixation. Also, XR700 are enabled with the latest Bluetooth 5 chipset, while XR500 has previous version - Bluetooth 4.1. Moreover, XR700 has 9 hrs of playtime, while XR500 has 8 hrs only (on 50% volume). Please note, that XR500 has five color variations, making it a more colorful option.

TREBLAB XR700 has IPX7 water-resistance rating, meaning it is not afraid of dust, splashes, rain, or even your shower.

How do I know when my Treblab is fully charged?
The earbuds are equipped with LED indicator. The LED indicator is red while charging. Once fully charged, the LED will turn blue.

Can I use my XR700 while it is charging?
Earbuds may get hot while charging, so to avoid possible damage to your ears, we do not recommend to use them while charging, it is not safe.

What is the difference between the TREBLAB XR700 and TREBLAB XR500?
All the XR series products have some features in common. are the earbuds sound proof

Please kindly note that the XR700 earbuds were not tested according to any industrial standard (for sound/noise isolation). They do not have an NRR (noise reduction rating). But regular earbuds have about 20-21dB, and which also applies to the XR700.
