Treblab Focus Elite ANC Earbuds (X9-Pro)

Update: After reading my review below, TREBLAB reached out to me and offered a full refund! Kudos to the company! I did not take advantage, as I had already sold the earbuds to a yard maintenance worker who is around loud equipment every day and they work great for him. --- original review --- Bought for shooting range based on Internet recommendations, hoping to hear ambient noise/voices but cut out gunfire. The Bluetooth pairing was flawless and telephone calls were clear. Three modes: Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) on, ambient noise transparency, ANC off. In ANC mode on or off, all noises are muted (not just loud ones). In transparency mode, no noises are muted including the loud ones. So, not suitable for my purposes... Also, the controls are difficult to manipulate: I kept changing noise modes when all I wanted was to increase the volume. I did not extensively test the music functions, but they seemed fine. For the price, they're not bad, but not as good as my Airpods Pro 2 (which cost more than twice as much, by the way) for music, telephony or noise cancelling. And definitely not suited for a shooting range.

I’ve been using these earbuds for a few weeks, and I’m seriously impressed! The sound is top-notch—crystal-clear audio and punchy bass, thanks to the 10mm drivers. The noise-cancelling works wonders, reducing background noise by up to 35dB, and the Transparency Mode lets me stay aware of my surroundings when I need to. They’re incredibly comfortable, too. At just 4.2g, I barely notice them, even after hours of use. The fit is secure, so they stay in place during runs or workouts. Plus, the touch controls are super intuitive. I can easily adjust the volume, skip tracks, or take calls with just a tap. Call quality is clear even in noisy environments, thanks to the 6 microphones and AI noise suppression. And the battery life is impressive—10 hours on a single charge, 50 hours with the case, plus wireless and USB-C fast charging. Overall, these earbuds have exceeded my expectations. Great sound, comfort, noise-cancelling, touch controls, and battery life—highly recommend!

1 YEAR REVIEW: Honestly, these have EXCELLENT active noise cancelling. Their sound is good! The sound stage is not perfect but they get LOUDER than any of the recent JBL or Anker Soundcore earbuds that I've tried (I returned them all in favor of the Treblab). I have used them in the gym and sauna 4-5 times a week for a year. They're still going strong. Definitely would recommend.

I bought these X9s to replace my X5s. I ran the X5s for years and years and years. I am a cabinet installer so my hands get filthy and sweaty and hot and after handling the earbuds all the time they never crapped out. As the years went by I would use two sets during my very long workdays and use one while the other was recharging. So when they finally started having issues (after 6 yrs!!) I thought I would just get a new set and not have to worry about charging them during a 12 hour day so I got the X9s. They fit perfectly with the collection of different silicone covers and they are very comfortable for hours and hours and hours at a time. They charge really quickly and the battery life is great I can’t say enough good things about TrebLab earbuds!! I put them through hell and they kept on working!!! The X9s are superior to the X5s so i expect years of clear, crisp full sound.

I have 3 other TrebLab Earbuds - an XR100 (wired) and 2 sets X3-Pro (BT) and I am very happy with all of them as I am with this one (X9-Pro). The sound is excellent and the operation of all are very easy. Could not be happier with my purchases. Whether just hanging out jamming, riding, or exercising these fill the bill superbly. That being said, they include extra rubber grommets for the earbuds but I do wish they included a one size larger than they do. BTW, their support is also excellent and very responsive so be sure to register your purchase at treblab.com.

Excellent earbuds with high quality feel, however, after warranty expiration, the mics stopped working properly and keep cutting out at random times. I contacted Treblab directly and their STELLAR customer service is honoring the product out of warranty. EVERY time I contact customer service, they have been MORE than helpful and QUICK to make sure I'm satisfied. I have renewed faith in the direction customer service has been going because of TREBLAB's incredible responsive solutions. THANK YOU Treblab! You have a loyal customer for life...

These pretty much are as they identify as. They are pretty clear with a good sound. Charge is very quick though the battery could last a tad longer. Very good ear bud set. This market is pretty competitive price wise which makes this a slightly tougher sell. Overall I find them to be quite good.

These sound very good. Nice mids and decent bass response. Comfortable enough for long wear. Connects with ease. Several ear tips for a good fit. Phone call quality gets the wife seal of approval.

I can't believe that for such a low price you can find something better on the market. Great headphones, I've had them for a week now, the sound is incredible. AirPods go in the trash after a year of use, I hope these will last. Buy it and you won't regret it

I tend to use headphone quite a bit - especially for phone calls. I just cant stand holding the phone up to my ear or having the conversation blasted on speakerphone for everyone to hear. So my main review of these headphones mainly focuses on call quality. its advertised as having 6 AI mics and precision sound, so my feedback on that specifically and my experience using the headset for the past 8 or so days straight.

For the pricepoint, I was expecting a little better sound quality. They do sound good but they are a little off on the highs. The bass feels slightly flat. Not bad but not great, I can live with that though, but not sure if true audiophiles would.

Super easy to pair with my iPhone 14. Range is great as is the sound. They fit comfortably in my ear and my voice has a clear and natural sound for those on the other end.

I've been a earbud snob, but my very expensive pair finally quit working; everyone I talked to while using them complained about a whistle when I talked. These earbuds, at half the cost, are every bit as good as what I had when they were brand new. I'm abled to use them all day without a recharge and they are extremely comfortable to wear. Everything sounds crystal clear, I can listen to my favorite podcasts, even when using lawn equipment. Voice is clear again and I can take calls while I wear them. I am using a Samsung phone.

I was going to wait until the loud dishwasher was done before checking out the sound quality of these earbuds. Then I realized this would be the perfect opportunity to check out ANC. It's much better than expected. The dishwasher was a quiet hum before the music, and it could not be heard when music is playing. There is no app for ANC settings, or to vary transparency. It's controlled by touching the earbud for two seconds. Three ANC options are identified by "whap", "ring-ring", and "dong-dong" sounds. No app also means there is no equalizer for the earbuds. You might not need one if you like bass-heavy music. More natural sound with increased mids and highs can be achieved through one of many equalizers on the app store. This extra step would be unnecessary with an app that a $60 pair of earbuds should provide. Kudos to Treblab for using their name on the Bluetooth list. 20% of power was used for one hour of listening at 30% volume. This is with no ANC and, oddly, also with ANC. That's five hours listening on the earbuds. I guess five is on the way "uo to 10 hours" quoted in the description.

I like that these have a comfy soft material for earbuds, not feeling like they are in my ear. The sound is amazing. Being able to charge it wirelessly on my desk is a great benefit. I used to have other EarPods that would not sync with wireless charger as well while these work like a charm. Battery life is amazing too
