My HD 360 lost TWS. How do i set up true wireless stereo ? The manual is not on your site.

Thank you for contacting us.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced some issues with the TWS function on your TREBLAB HD-360. I am more than happy to make the pairing process as easy and understandable as possible.
Please note that while using this function, one speaker (Primary, left channel) is paired with a smart device, and the other one (Secondary, right channel) is paired with the Primary speaker.

1. Turn ON both speakers.
2. Select which one will be the Primary one and pair it to the source device.
3. Make sure that the Secondary speaker is not connected to any device (the status indicator is blinking BLUE)
4. Double-touch the PAIRING button on the Primary speaker, you will see alternating BLUE/WHITE LEDs on the touch panel, meaning that the Primary speaker is ready for the connection of the Secondary one.
5. Place the Primary and Secondary speakers near each other (the distance should not be over 3 feet / 1 meter). The Secondary speaker should connect to the Primary one automatically. The status indicator on the Secondary speaker should be steady BLUE.

All done! You may start enjoying true wireless stereo sound!
To disable the TWS function and disconnect the Primary and Secondary speakers, double-touch the PAIRING button on either speaker, and the BLUE state indicator will start flashing on the Secondary speaker, indicating the connection is lost.
Product, to get the best performance of the TWS function, we recommend placing the speakers at a distance of not more than 2 meters from each other.

what are differents with treblab HD 360 origin vs 360 pro version? why both version has same price?

Thanks for your question!
If you want to connect HD-360 to the Alexa station (like ECHO or alike) and transmit voice commands/requests through it to that station - it won't work. However, you connect the speaker as an output device (just to transmit the audio from the station to HD-360).
