Returns

The headset cannot be found by a source device, what should I do?
  1. Make sure that the headset is not connected to any other device, as it can connect only to one device at a time.
  2. If the headset shows that it is in pairing mode (the state indicator is blinking red/blue) but still cannot be found by the source device, try resetting the headset to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.
I can see the headset in the wireless device list, but it fails to connect to the source device, what to do?
  1. Try restarting the headset, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device.
  2. Try restarting the source device.
  3. If this does not help, check if there are any updates available for the source device, if yes, please install them and try to pair again.
  4. If still no luck, try resetting the headset to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.
I tried using the headset for calls in some third-party apps, but the controls do not work to pick-up/end the call, etc... What am I doing wrong?

The C7-Pro headset is connected to the source device via wireless technology and, unfortunately, there is no wireless technology protocol available to enable these controls. This is a limitation of the wireless connection.

When on a call, nobody can hear me, microphone is not working, what should I do?

Make sure that you did not disable the microphone by pressing the Mute button on the microphone arm. If yes, press it again to enable microphone.
