The speaker cannot be found by a source device, what should I do?
  1. Make sure that the speaker is not connected to any other device, as it can connect only to one device at a time.
  2. If the speaker shows that it is in pairing mode (the blue LED is blinking) but still cannot be found by the source device, try resetting the speaker to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.
I can see the speaker in the wireless device list, but it fails to connect to the source device, what to do?
  1. Try restarting the speaker, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device.
  2. Try restarting the source device.
  3. If this does not help, check if there are any updates available for the source device, if yes, please install them and try to pair again.
  4. If still no luck, try resetting the speaker to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Try to pair again.
The connection between the speaker and source device is inconsistent, what should I do?
  1. Make sure that you are using the speaker in a proper environment - there are no many other radio devices (routers, radio transmitters and so on) around, there are no radio/TV stations close to your location, as they can create signal interferences.
  2. Make sure that the distance between the speaker and the source device is appropriate - if connected to smartphones, it is around 33 feet (10 meters), if connected to laptops - a bit shorter - about 20 feet.
  3. 3. Try resetting the speaker to the factory settings by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when the speaker is not connected to a device. Try to pair again.
How to pair two speakers in TWS mode?
  1. Turn on both speakers and make sure that none of them is connected to any other source device (the blue LEDs on both speakers should be blinking).
  2. Double-press the Play button on the speaker to be Primary.
  3. Wait until the Secondary speaker connects to the Primary one (you will hear a sound prompt and the blue LED on the Secondary speaker will become steady).
  4. Pair the Primary speaker to the source device.
