DO THE HEADPHONES SUPPORT A QUICK CHARGING PROTOCOL?

The TREBLAB E3 support PD quick charging protocol, so you can charge them with your USB Type-C charger or Power Bank with quick charge. When PD quick charge protocol is detected, you will see the ANC LED shining white. The quick charge function lets you use your headphones up to 7 hours at 100% volume w/o ANC after just 3 min of charging by 5V / 2A standard charger and even much longer with 9V / 2A, 12V / 1.5A quick charge charger.

DO THESE HEADPHONES SUPPORT THE AAC CODEC?

Yes, the E3 headphones support the AAC codec.

WHAT IS THE ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION TECHNOLOGY?

The TREBLAB E3 headphones are equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology. The headphones cancel background noise in your environment for an optimal acoustic experience. To turn ON the ANC mode, press and hold the ANC button on the left earcup. The ANC LED indicator near the button will turn green. These functions can be used with and without playing any music.

WHAT TYPE OF ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION IS USED IN THE E3 HEADPHONES?

TREBLAB E3 headphones are equipped with Feedforward Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology. In a feedforward setup, the microphone is placed outside each ear cup. The mic detects the noise before the person hears. Then, ANC processes the noise and creates the anti-noise before sending the resulting signal to the headset speaker. Feedforward Active Noise Cancellation technology provides the ability to not only decrease the surrounding noise in ANC mode but also alternatively increase some frequencies of surround sound in Environmental sound mode to hear voices when using the E3 headphones.

WHAT IS ENVIRONMENTAL SOUND MODE?

The Environmental mode increases some frequencies of surrounding sound to hear voices when using the E3 headphones. These functions can be used with and without playing any music. When the ANC MODE is active, press shortly the ANC button to switch to the Environmental mode.

WHAT IS THE AUX CABLE?

AUX cable (Auxiliary Input Cable) is the simplest audio connection cable that looks like an ordinary 3.5 mm headphone socket from one side and a USB Type-C from the other. Paired with an AUX cable, the E3 will allow you to input sound from any media device with a normal headphone socket. This is one of the easiest ways to play music, audiobooks or podcasts. The headphones battery is not discharging while using the AUX cable.

WHAT IS THE BATTERY LIFE OF THE TREBLAB E3 WIRELESS HEADPHONES?

The TREBLAB E3 provide up to 2 days of playtime at medium volume w/o ANC and up to 27 hours at 100% volume with the ANC activated function.

WILL THE E3 HEADPHONES WORK WITH SIRI/GOOGLE ASSISTANT?

Yes, the TREBLAB E3 support Siri, Google Voice Assistant, Alexa, Bixby, etc. To activate it, press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds.

CAN I PAIR THE TREBLAB E3 WITH MY TV, IPHONE OR ANDROID DEVICE?

Yes, your TREBLAB E3 can be paired with any TV, iOS or Android devices via improved Bluetooth 5.0 technology or AUX cable.

WHAT IS THE BLUETOOTH SIGNAL RANGE FOR THE TREBLAB E3?

The TREBLAB E3 Bluetooth signal range is up to 33ft. You can use your earphones wirelessly at home or at the gym without carrying your phone or another device with you.

CAN I ACCEPT PHONE CALLS WITH THESE HEADPHONES?

Yes, you can answer the calls and talk on the phone with the the TREBLAB E3 in Bluetooth mode. Just touch the PHONE button when someone’s calling and touch again to hang up.
