Our Return Policy
If any item received from TREBLAB does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days after you receive it.
If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, TREBLAB will replace the product or its defective parts (with new or refurbished product) or refund your purchase.
TREBLAB company only accepts returns of products purchased directly from TREBLAB Official selling channels. We cannot accept a return if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Note:
1) If you purchased your product at one of our online retailers' stores and decided to return the item back for a money refund, please contact the retailer directly.
2) If you have received a defective item from a retailer and would like to return it for product replacement, please contact TREBLAB Customer Care choosing Support section above -> Contact Us -> Choose Product Model -> Return Product.
Important Return Information
1) We cannot make upgrades, downgrades or exchanges of the products.
2) Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment used only. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).
3) Expedited shipping is not refundable.
4) Original shipping fee is not refundable if the return isn’t covered by the TREBLAB Warranty statements.
5) In case warranty return was initiated later than 30 days after the delivery date, original shipping fee will not be refunded as the shipping service has been successfully provided.
6) In case of a non-defective item return, final refund amount may be reduced by up to 20% depending on the condition of the returned item.
7) Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional custom fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return an Item
1) In order to return the item, please go to Support section above -> Contact Us -> Choose Product Model -> Return Product.
2) Our Customer Care Agents may ask you to destroy or return the product depending on the reason for your request.

If you are asked to destroy the item:
We accept the proof of destruction via email (a picture or a short video). As soon as we receive the confirmation, we will proceed either with the item replacement or with the money refund. In case of a refund, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days. Depending on the initial marketplace and payment method, it will appear at your account within 1 to 10 business days. -
If you are asked to return the item:
Our Customer Care will provide you with the prepaid shipping label along with the instructions of how to use it. As soon as the item is delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected within 7 business days. After the full inspection we will proceed either with the item replacement or with the money refund.

Using a prepaid shipping label to return your item to TREBLAB is easy! This label contains all the information about your order and return destination to make it easy for you!
The return shipping is prepaid (i.e. you will pay no postage upfront) and free for all U.S. based customers.
Using the prepaid shipping label

Contact our Customer Care team to get the label:
Please go to Support section -> Contact Us -> Choose product model -> Return Product. -
Complete detach and enclose the return form with your item along with all original materials, such as the parts and paperwork that were included in your shipment.

Cover or remove all original shipping labels if you are returning your item in the original package.

Affix the pre-paid label directly to the outside of your return package.

Drop off your package at any USPS drop box, local Post Office or postal location (including your own mailbox).
Important Notes:
1) Do not use the box/package that weighs more than it's mentioned on the shipping label. If for some reason the parcel can’t be sent with pre-paid weight, be ready to pay additional postage due at a post office when sending the parcel back. Otherwise, it will be refused by the receiving post office and returned back to the sender automatically.
2) Since January 1, 2019 carriers have changed their “Dangerous Goods” labeling requirements. All parcels with products that contain batteries must have “Dangerous Goods” label. To fully maintain compliance with revised carrier requirements, all customer returns must be labeled with such a label as well. Hence, "Dangerous Goods" label will be provided along with return shipping label. It should be applied to the address side of the return package.
3) The label is valid for 20 days only. Please use it in a timely manner; otherwise, it will be automatically voided.
4) We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional custom fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
Checking the Status of a Return
1) Track Your Package:
If you used the provided shipping label to return your item(s), it will have a tracking number to check the return process.
2) Check Your Email: Once your return has been completely processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have processed your return along with the amount you have been refunded.
