TREBLAB only provides refunds for products purchased directly from TREBLAB official selling channels. If you have purchased the product from an authorized seller, please request the reimbursement directly from the original vendor. If you purchased your product at a partner store, please return it there. TREBLAB company cannot accept returns of products purchased from other vendors. Also, TREBLAB cannot accept a return, if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
If any item received from TREBLAB does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of when you receive the item.
You may return your item for a full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that, according to our policy, we will not cover the return shipping costs in case of non-warranty returns.
Please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will provide the prepaid shipping label. We reimburse the purchase within 7 business days after receiving the product back to our warehouse.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements, and implement additional generally-accepted industry standards.

About Refunds for Returns
Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment used or to your PayPal account. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).
Original shipping and the return label fee are not refundable.

If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, TREBLAB will replace the product or its defective parts (with new or refurbished product).
In order to proceed with the replacement or refund, you will be required to destroy or return the defective product. We accept the proof of destruction via email (a picture or a short video). Customer Care will provide details upon your request.
After receiving your returned product(s) and/or your proof of destruction, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days. Depending on the chosen form of refund (and the initial marketplace), it will appear in your account within 1 to 10 business days. Please contact our Customer Care for details.
The return shipping is free for all U.S. based customers, and eligible for additional shipping fee for non-U.S. based returns.

How to Return an Item
Should you decide to return your purchase, TREBLAB offers two return options for your convenience. You may choose to use the prepaid shipping label from us or select a carrier of your choice.
Using The prepaid shipping label
Once you contact us to return the item, we provide the prepaid shipping label. Its price will be deducted from your refund once we process your return. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for international orders. Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional custom fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
To use the label:
Complete, detach and enclose the return form with your item along with all original materials, such as the parts and paperwork that were included in your shipment.
Cover or Remove all original shipping labels if you are returning your item in the original package.
Affix the pre-paid label directly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off your package at any USPS drop box, local Post Office or postal location (including your own mailbox).
What If I Use A Carrier Of My Choice?
You can return the item with a carrier of your choice. Return your item along with all original materials such as parts and paperwork which were included in your shipment. Cover or Remove all original shipping labels if you are returning your item in the original package. Return your item(s) by taking your package to a carrier of choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). Postage will be due upon receipt at the carrier location. Obtain a tracking number so you can track your return as it makes its way back to TREBLAB and provide us with it .
Checking the Status of a Return
Track Your Package
If you used the provided shipping label to return your item(s), it will have a tracking number to check the return process.
If you used a carrier of your choice, please access the carrier's website to see when the package is scheduled to reach its destination.
Check Your Email
If you used a carrier of your choice and you arranged to be notified about the progress of your package through the carrier, please check with your carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc).
Once your return has been completely processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have processed your return along with the amount you have been refunded.
TREBLAB prepaid shipping label
Using a prepaid shipping label to return your item to TREBLAB is easy! This label contains all the information about your order and return destination to make it easy for you!
Because the label is prepaid, you will pay no postage upfront and an easy return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount once we process your return. The cost associated with using a label varies depending on the weight of the package:
Up to $3 for 6lbs or less
Up to $9.95 for 5.1lbs to 20lbs
EVERY TREBLAB PRODUCT purchased directly from one of our ofﬁcial stores or our authorized resellers is covered by Lifetime warranty.

THE WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase of a brand new, unused product.
If the product is determined to be defective, TREBLAB will replace the product or its defective parts.
Lifetime Warranty covers unlimited period of time, but limited with one replacement only. Repeated warranty claims (for previously replaced orders) are managed by exception.
To help serve you better, please provide the following information as proof of purchase for a valid warranty claim:
the marketplace where the product was purchased (e.g. Treblab.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.);
date of the purchase.
The following cases are not covered by the TREBLAB warranty:
purchase of the product from unauthorised persons, sellers or shopping channels;
minor faults in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or technical condition;
sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted);
faults resulting from improper use (e.g. overcharge, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, improper use). The proper use conditions are stated in the user's manual;
damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear, extreme temperature or humidity;
faults resulting from accidental or intended damage;
any modification of TREBLAB products made by you or a third party;
How to claim your warranty

If the product was purchased for US location and needs to be replaced by warranty outside the US, we will send the unit by an international shipping. However, it will be necessary to pay the shipping cost. In case the product was initially purchased for another country, we don't ask to pay for the international shipping of the replacement.
