Shipping issues and order cancellation

TREBLAB can only resolve the shipping and cancellation issues for orders made directly from TREBLAB official stores. Purchases made from authorized sellers are shipped directly by them. If you have purchased the product from an authorized seller, please address the original vendor.

The number of days quoted for standard and express shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically two business days) is required for processing in-stock orders.

Please note, that there is no weekend service for the most of the shipping services. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning. You will get the tracking number as soon as the order is ready to ship.

Most standard shipments are delivered in five to seven business days from the shipping date (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).

Please note, that there is possibility of additional shipping/handling quotes or the import tax charged by your local postal institution. We recommend to check the issue with your local post office to avoid unexpected expenses on item arrival.

Reporting lost or damaged products

TREBLAB company is not responsible for any shipping delays and/or mistakes caused by providing wrong and/or insufficient shipping information (i.e. address or name). If the product is not delivered please contact us. If the product is delivered in damaged condition, please save all packing materials, make a picture of the damage and contact us.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel the order, please submit a cancellation request the same day the order was placed. Please note that your request may not be approved in case if it has already been shipped. Order status “Preparing to ship” means we’re completing some final details before we ship your order. At this point, we can no longer make changes to the order or cancel it. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the tracking information. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can look up your tracking link to view the shipping status of your order and initiate a return when you receive the item. Order cancellation period for delivered products is 30 days after the purchase.
