Our Return Policy
If any item received from TREBLAB does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days after you receive it.
If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, TREBLAB will replace the product or its defective parts (with new or refurbished product) or refund your purchase.
1) If you purchased a refurbished product initially, we will be able to provide you with a one-time replacement only within the product warranty period.
2) In case the return reason isn’t covered by , the return delivery cost is borne by the customer.
TREBLAB company only accepts returns of products purchased directly from TREBLAB Official selling channels. We cannot accept a return if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
1) If you purchased your product at one of our online retailers' stores and decided to return the item back for a money refund, please contact the retailer directly.
2) If you have received a defective item from a retailer and would like to return it for product replacement, please contact TREBLAB Customer Care using the Contact Us form.
Important Return Information
We cannot make upgrades or downgrades of the products.
Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment used or to your PayPal account. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).
Original shipping and the return label fee are not refundable.

How to Return an Item
In order to return the item, please submit a ticket to our Customer Care department clicking on contact us form specifying the reason of the return.
You will be required to destroy or return the product depending on the reason of your request.
If you are asked to destroy the item:
We accept the proof of destruction via email (a picture or a short video). As soon as we receive the confirmation, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days. Depending on the chosen form of refund (and the initial marketplace), it will appear at your account within 1 to 10 business days.
If you are asked to return the item:
Our Customer Care will provide you with the prepaid shipping label along with the instructions of how to use it. As soon as the item is delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected within 7 business days. After the full inspection we will proceed either with the item replacement or with the money refund.
Using The prepaid shipping label
The return shipping is free for all U.S. based customers. However, in case of a non-warranty return its price will be deducted from your refund once we process your return.
Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for international orders. Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional custom fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
To use the label:
Complete, detach and enclose the return form with your item along with all original materials, such as the parts and paperwork that were included in your shipment.
Cover or Remove all original shipping labels if you are returning your item in the original package.
Affix the pre-paid label directly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off your package at any USPS drop box, local Post Office or postal location (including your own mailbox).
Checking the Status of a Return
Track Your Package:
If you used the provided shipping label to return your item(s), it will have a tracking number to check the return process.
Check Your Email: Once your return has been completely processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have processed your return along with the amount you have been refunded.
TREBLAB prepaid shipping label
Using a prepaid shipping label to return your item to TREBLAB is easy! This label contains all the information about your order and return destination to make it easy for you!
Since the label is prepaid, you will pay no postage upfront and an easy return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount once we process your return. The cost associated with using a label varies depending on the weight of the package:
$3 for weight up to 0.5 lbs (for XR100, XR500, XR800, J1, RF100, X11, X2);
$4 for weight 0.5 - 1 lbs;
$10 for weight 1 - 2 lbs (for FX100, HD55, Z2).
Note: If your order contains multiple items, the cost will depend on the total weight of all items included. In case your package weighs more than 2 lbs in total, please consult our Customer Care to confirm the shipping label cost.
EVERY BRAND-NEW TREBLAB PRODUCT purchased directly from one of our ofﬁcial selling channels is covered by 1-year warranty.
REFURBISHED items for sale have a 90-day warranty and can be replaced only once within the warranty period.
THE WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase.

TREBLAB undertakes the product replacement if:
the product doesn’t work or is defective due to improper materials or workmanship;
the product doesn’t match the description of the photos;
the product arrived with missing parts or accessories;
the product arrived damaged;
you received a wrong item.
The following cases are not covered by the TREBLAB warranty:
purchase of the product from unauthorised persons or shopping channels;
minor faults in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or technical condition;
sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted);
faults resulting from improper use (e.g. mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, improper use); the proper use conditions are stated in the user's manual;
damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear (scratches, attritions, abrasions etc.), extreme temperature or humidity;
faults resulting from accidental or intended damage;
any modification of TREBLAB products made by you or a third party;
expired warranty period.
How to claim your warranty
TREBLAB strives to build every product with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, sometimes there may be occurrences of defect. In such a case, we will proceed one of the options below:
replace the product with the same model or its defective parts (with new or refurbished product), or
issue a refund.

To help serve you better, please provide the following information as a proof of purchase for a valid warranty claim:
the marketplace where the product was purchased (e.g. Treblab.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.);
date of the purchase.
If the product was purchased for US location and needs to be replaced by warranty outside the US, we will send the unit by an international shipping. However, it will be necessary to pay the shipping cost. In case the product was initially purchased for another country, we don't ask to pay for the international shipping of the replacement.
Shipping common information
The following shipping options apply to most orders placed with TREBLAB.
All orders placed through TREBLAB.com are handled by the third-party fulfillment centers. All products are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. Some orders that have more than one item may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
Please note that there is no weekend service for the most of the shipping services. Therefore, a package that leaves fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday.
Tracking number is available as soon as the order leaves fulfillment center. It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the forwarder's (shipping agent’s) system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
Shipping charges and transit time are based on the order destination (US or International), chosen shipping method (Standard or Expedited) and the weight of product ordered. TREBLAB’s shipping agreements do not allow to select a customer-preferred carrier. TREBLAB select the best shipping method possible.
Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Up to two business days is required for orders processing.
Free Standard shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only within Continental US. Free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - there will be an additional $3 shipping charge per order shipped to these states.
International shipping costs depends on order weight. Final order weight and shipping cost are available at Shipping method page during checkout proceeding.
for orders weighing under 1 lb - $10
for orders weighing 1-3 lbs - $17
for orders over 3 lbs there will be a charge $17 + $5 for each additional pound (rounding upward)
Please note that there is possibility of additional shipping/handling quotes or the import duty/tax charged by local customs institution. We recommend to check the issue with local post office/customs to avoid unexpected expenses on item arrival.
Most standard shipments are delivered in 3-8 business days for orders within US and in 10-15 days for international orders. Transit time depends on destination state/country and is counted from the shipping date (subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).
Expedited shipping offer is available either for US or international orders. Expedited shipping option can be chosen at check-out.
for orders within US expedited delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the date of order shipment and costs $20 per order
expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico takes up to 3-5 business days from the date of order shipment and costs $25 per order
Expedited delivery for international orders takes up to 7 business days from the date of order shipment and costs $50 per order
Lost or damaged products
TREBLAB is not responsible for any shipping delays and/or mistakes caused by providing wrong and/or insufficient shipping information (i.e. address or name).
If the product is not delivered please contact us. Kindly note that we are able to investigate not delivered orders only within next 60 days after the delivery date shown by tracking on the carrier site.
If the product is delivered in damaged condition, please save all packing materials, make a picture of the damage and contact us.
Orders changes & cancellation
Request for order changing/cancellation can only be submitted on the same day the order was placed. To submit request please contact us. Please note that request may not be approved because orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and there are only few hours to retrieve or change them. If order cannot be changed/cancelled, an email notification will be sent when the order is shipped.
