Yes, you may use your PC. To play audio using the supplied audio cable, plug the cable from the audio device to the “LINE IN” jack on the side of the FX100. 

Can I use my FX100 while it is charging?

Yes, you may use FX 100 speaker while it is charging.

How do I know when my Treblab is fully charged

The speaker is equipped with charge level indicator LED’s. The current level of charge is displayed while charging.

I have purchased a FX 100. What can you use the aux cable for. Can you plug it into a tv or what other device.

You can use the aux-cable with: iPhones, iPods, iPads, Smartphones, Media Players, Tablets, MacBooks, Latpops/Ultrabooks™. Any device with a 3.5mm AUX port.

How many hours does it hold charge?

FX100 has 7000 mAh battery capacity that gives 35 hours battery life. FX100 can also be used as a power bank.

So, can I use FX100 to charge my phone?

That’s right; FX100 has a standard USB port that allows you to charge your mobile phone or other devices.

Is the carabiner attached to a metal or plastic piece?

The carabiner in the TREBLAB FX100 speaker is attached to the metal piece. 

Is it waterproof?

TREBLAB FX100 has ipx 4 water resistance rating, holds splashes but, please be advised, not submerging into water.

Does this have a slot for a microSD?

No, TREBLAB FX100 doesn't have a slot for a microSD. You can connect TREBLAB FX100 to your devices via Bluetooth or Auxiliary Port (AUX). 

I purchased two FX100 and want to connect both of them to my phone. Only one works at a time. How do I fix that

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pair 2 or more FX100 speakers together. *Our TREBLAB HD77 speaker has this ability (called “TWS” mode).   However, it is possible to connect two FX100 speakers to the source device if it supports multiple active Bluetooth connections. The ability of pairing 1 parent device with 2 or more speakers at one time depends on the parent device itself.

Does it have the capability to charge your phone?

How do I sync it with a new wifi address?

If you would like to sync your FX100 to new WI-FI, simply reset your device to forget your previous WI-FI:

1. Turn off the FX100 and charge it for at least 30 min. 
2. Make sure the AUX cable is not plugged in. 
3. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your source device and delete all saved devices from the list by clicking on "Forget this device". 
4. Turn off your source device then and then turn it back on. 
5. Turn off the FX100 then turn it back on. 
6. Switch the FX100 to the pairing mode and follow the instruction for connecting.

Hi, I just realized that my FX100 only plays AM Stations. NOT FM. Is there a way we can fix this??

In order to play FM stations, please press twice the "POWER" button while FX100 is turned on.
To scan the FM channels press the "PLAY/PAUSE" button while FX100 is in FM mode.
